Wrinkle relaxer treatments, also called neuromodulators, are injections designed to target wrinkles created with movement. Wrinkles created by movement are known as dynamic wrinkles. Wrinkles that are present at rest are called static wrinkles. Although these treatments are not targeted for static wrinkles, with repeated injection overtime the appearance of static wrinkles can be diminished as well.

Treatments are relatively painless and there is essentially no downtime aside from some minor redness and swelling at the injection sites. The number of injections and units varies for each individual and area(s) being treated.

It takes 14 days for the full effect to visible with results typically lasting 3-4 months.

Dermal filler injections are a nonsurgical cosmetic procedure that help to restore volume to the face which is lost during aging. Dermal fillers can fill in wrinkles, smooth lines and plump up areas, such as the lips. Our focus is to enhance your natural beauty.

Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the body. Over time, your body will naturally break down the product. You can expect results to last anywhere from 6 to 24 months. Dermal fillers can also be dissolved at anytime.

We use brands, such as Restylane, a well studied cosmetic filler that is FDA approved. Common treatment areas include the lips and mid face.

Dermal fillers contain lidocaine to minimize discomfort during the procedure. Downtime is typically minimal however some mild discomfort, bruising, and swelling for 2-3 days after treatment can be expected.

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a device with multiple fine needles that creates tiny puncture injuries to the surface of the skin. By doing this, production of collagen and elastin fibers is triggered in the body during the natural healing process which leaves the skin more firm and glowing.

Microneedling is a great option to improve skin texture and minimize the appearance of acne or burn scarring. Microneedling also helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. We carry SkinPen, which is an FDA approved device for microneedling.

Prior to treatment, the skin is cleansed and a topical analgesic is placed on the face and/or neck to minimize discomfort.

Redness, swelling, and mild peeling can occur during the first 48 hours. We recommend avoiding working out and sun exposure during this time.

VI face and body peels are medium depth chemical peels designed to remove damaged skin cells on the top layer of the skin. Once this layer is removed, new healthy cells are stimulated to grow, increasing collagen and elastin to create a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.

The application is painless and can be combined with wrinkle relaxing treatments. For best results, it is recommended to undergo a series of 3 VI peel treatments every 4-6 weeks. Subsequent peels can be spaced out over a longer period of time.

VI peels can target several concerns including fine lines and wrinkles, acne, UV light damage, melasma, uneven skin tone, scars and stretch marks. The type of peel used is customized based on individual needs.

There is some downtime associated with chemical peels. You may experience redness and peeling for up to 7 days with most occurring between days 3-5. It is also recommended to avoid sun exposure during this time.
